new home and the entire building process we experienced with Brookside Builders. As you know, this was the third home that Jane and I have had built for us and we started this one with some level of concern based on our past experiences. I can honestly say that this was the best experience we have had, by far. Jim’s personalized service and incredible attention to every detail made the difference. While our home was a custom design and Jane and I had many changes along the way, Jim made it all seem easy. The quality that was built into every detail of our home is obvious to us and is commented on by everyone that has seen it. More importantly, though, it is the quality that you can’t see, the little details that you add that aren’t really “required” but are important in a home that you want to have last for a generation. At the end of some new home projects the owners and the builder are “at odds” with each other. At the end of our new home project, Jim made Jane and I feel like we were part of your family.
